How much does it usually cost?
- Regular translation: The cost of your translation is based upon the number of words and the complexity in the source language.
- Certified Translation: It usually costs more than a regular translation. The complexity and length of your text affect the price.
- Interpretation: The cost of your interpretation is based on the number of hours or days.
- Desktop publishing (DTP): We charge according to the number of pages.
- Subtitling, Dubbing & Voice-over: The price varies according to the number of minutes.

When will you receive an answer to your quote?
Your request for a free quote will be handled quickly. We will contact you promptly via email or phone with the price and delivery information.
What are the methods of payment?
Payments can be made by using any of the following methods:
- Credit card or PayPal on the website
- Interac e-Transfer
- Cash (in-person payments at our office)
- Cheque (acceptable ONLY for enterprise clients and for situations where the amount exceeds $ 500.00)

When do you need to pay?
Usually, the payment must be made before we start the translation.
How will you receive your documents?
There are four options:
- Pickup at our office
- Regular mail by Canada Post (additional fees will be charged)
- Xpresspost by Canada Post or other companies (additional fees will be charged)
Delivery standard by Canada Post (for reference ONLY；it depends on Canada Post)
Regular mail inside Canada
- 2 – 3 business days for local mail
- 3 – 5 business days within the province
- 5 – 7business days for national mail
Xpresspost inside Canada
- Next day for local mail
- Next day within the province
- Two business days for national mail
Can you visit our office for a quote?
Yes, absolutely! You are welcome to visit our office. However, we will need some time to analyze your documents before giving you price and delivery information.
In some cases, we may have to contact you later by email or phone to give you a quote.
